	Upcoming VES Technical Training Dates: Authorized Dealer Technical Training will be held in King of Prussia PA on the following dates: August 10th & 11th 2010 September 21st & 22nd 2010 November 9th & 10th 2010 Although Tech Training is typically for new dealers coming on board, existing dealers are always welcome. VES training at our facility in King of Prussia is always FREE to dealers and earns credit towards the next pricing tier. Over the past couple of years, VES has added many new and exciting products to our offering and incorporated them into our training curriculum. New items such as the Apollo line of sensors and modules, eVIEW, eMATRIX, Loop Explorer software, Guide PC Graphics & the eLAN RS 1-2 loop panel with integrated DACT have been added. If you have new technicians or even seasoned techs, anyone will benefit from this training on new items. Of course we still cover the full eLAN product range, eSP Discovery online programming, Voice Evac systems and hands-on installation workshops. 	Expanding Sales department VES is happy to welcome a new employee in our sales department. Natalie O’Connell has joined us from our parent company in the UK Kentec Electronics in a Customer Services roll. Natalie has many years experience in this field and aims to make an impact on customer service right away. VES recognises the need to develop our sales support team not only to assist our US customers but also our expanding export market. Natalie will be assisting with sales order entry, expediting orders general customer enquiries and coordinating, training and events.Another one of Natalie’s main duties will be to recruit and train new members of this growing team over the next few months. Recess mounting equipment into Drywall walls has been a problem for years. With the introduction of the new VES eView Trim Ring we believe we have solved the issue for good. Take a closer look at this innovative but simple design and we are sure you will agree this is another very useful addition to our product range. Our eVIEW Serial annunciator comes in both Red and Gray and is compatible with all current eLAN, Elite and RS model controls. A simple 24VDC connection along with two data cables back to the control is all that is needed for installation. Each control panel will support up to 15 eVIEW annunciators.
