New Web Site Launched!

VES are delighted to announce the launch of our new Web Site www.ves-network.com. The new site contains more information and is easier to navigate than our previous site. Over the next few months we will be adding further enhancements to the site including a secure Dealer Area. We will also be looking to add articles about installations and projects that dealers have been involved in. If you have a story to tell or a site of specific interest please let us know we will be happy to consider it for inclusion on the site in the future. New Listed Remote display Panel

A major addition to our eLAN family of products; eVIEW. The eVIEW annunciator is a perfect addition to either a complex or simple installation. The eVIEW annunciator connects to the RS485 serial bus of a standard two or 4 loop eLAN panels, 24 volt power is provided either from the panel itself or a listed source. The eVIEW is an exact duplicate of the display on the eLAN panel. Full functionality is available and the user may access level 2 command mode from either the key switch or the keypad. Diagnostics of the MediaGateway, NIC or ether-DACT are also available from the eVIEW display. With the proper auxiliary power, up to 15 eVIEWs may be connected to a single panel.

New Communication card for eLAN

To further enhance and compliment our range of communication modules for the eLAN we are launching our new Ether-DACT embedded communications board. Ether-DACT is a new UL Listed and FM approved product for VES Fire Detection Systems that will enhance the functionality that was previously provided by our Modem-DACT communicator. The Ether-DACT will replace the standard Modem-DACT as one of our eLAN communications options.

VES goes East!

We have been planning for some time to take the VES product line and systems outside of the US. In January we successfully introduced the full VES range of products and services at the Intersec Fire & Security exhibition in Dubai. This was the first time VES has exhibited outside of North America. The level of interest shown greatly exceeded all our expectation. We expect to be in a position to appoint local dealers in the Middle East Region within the next few months.
