New Phone Numbers

As part of our continuous customer service improvement efforts at VES, we have changed some of our phone numbers to make sure you get to the right person or department in the most direct fashion. Please begin using these numbers immediately and remember to reprogram your “automated” dialing features to reflect these new numbers.

Announcing new hires in the
VES Sales Department

VES has hired two new Regional Sales Managers effective August 4th 2008. Here are the details:

Steve Bailey is our new RSM for the Southeastern USA, covering the states of NC, SC, TN, AL, GA & FL. Steve comes to VES with 30 years of experience in the Fire/Life Safety industry. He has worked for both integrators and manufacturers across the eastern USA.

John Hardy is our new RSM for the South Central USA, covering the states of MS, AK, LA, TX, NM, OK, MO & KS. John comes to VES with 18 years of Industry experience working for regional and international integrators in Fire Alarm sales and design.

VES announces major upgrade to the
VF-8004 NAC Power Supply

The next time you order a VF-8004 power supply, you will notice it looks a little different. Most notable are the larger cabinet with more room for batteries and modules. Also, the Power Supply board and the Logic Board are now separate, reducing service/replacement cost.
