VES appoint new Director of Sales

Following the acquisition by Kentec Electronics the restructuring of VES is now complete. Andy Johanssen has been promoted to the Position of Director of Sales with immediate effect. Andy joined VES in January and has been responsible for sales and Dealer development in the North East Territory.

Andy has been in the Life Safety industry for the past 15 years. His experience includes Installation, service and sales on the dealer level as well as sales for multiple manufacturers.

Andy is the proud recipient of the 2001 First Line of Defense Award from the NBFAA and SDM Magazine.

Ray King President of VES said “the appointment of Andy in the position of Director of Sales completes the restructuring within VES at this time. Andy brings a wealth of experience in life safety to the sales team at VES and will provide additional drive and focus to the sales force. I am sure our Dealers will see the benefits these latest changes will make in the next few weeks."

Andy’s priorities are to expand the sales team and to improve contact with our dealers following the Acquisition of VES. Andy joins a three man management team which heads up VES. Jay Cohen (Director of Engineering and Application Development) and Tim O’Leary (Financial Controller) complete the team reporting directly to Ray King.

Success at NFPA show in Las Vegas
