VES acquires Viking Electronic Services.
On 30th April VES LLC successfully closed the deal to acquire the assets of Viking Electronic Services. VES is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kentec Electronics Limited. Kentec is the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of fire detection control equipment.
