VES LLC Technical Training Workshop is available to all of our authorized dealers. 

During our Technical Training Workshop in King of Prussia, PA at our corporate headquarters, dealers will not only gain a full understanding of the product line, but will also have the opportunity to talk with the engineers that designed and developed the hardware and software that is VES LLC.


To become a Certified Authorized VES LLC Dealer, you must have a minimum of one VES LLC Certified Technician on staff.  This value added training workshop is designed to provide certification for our dealers as trusted experts in VES LLC’ systems.

Because of the unique design of the eLAN systems’ single-panel-footprint and the integration of the eSP Business Suite, this one program will provide all that dealers need to satisfy the technical demands of any project. This program covers:

• System Bidding
• Panel Setup
• Remote and Local Panel Programming
• Device Programming
• System Wiring
• Monitoring Setup
• Service Scheduling
• Service Dispatch
• Test & Inspection Scheduling

This workshop has been designed to ensure that the performance of our authorized dealers meets the expectations of end-users and the demands of the fire alarm industry.  Upon successful completion of the workshop, Certification will be awarded to the attendees. The certification will be issued in the name of the person who is certified. If this person leaves your employment, you will be required to send another person to keep your company VES LLC Certified.  We recommend that you consider sending more than one senior level employee.
